What is a closure, and how do I choose the right one?

Closures are lace pieces that cover the crown area for a natural hairline. We offer HD closures in 5x5, 2x6 and 13x6 sizes to suit your style needs.

What is the difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?

Raw hair is unprocessed, pure hair from a single donor, maintaining its natural texture, pattern and integrity. It’s the most durable and is usually thicker, ideal for a truly authentic look. 

Virgin Hair is minimally processed, meaning it hasn't been chemically treated but may be steamed for consistent texture (for example tight curls). Virgin hair is also sourced from more than one donor.

Both types offer quality, but raw hair is known for its longer durability and very minimal shedding.

How do I care for my new hair extensions?

We recommend washing with sulfate-free shampoo, conditioning regularly, and using minimal heat. 

Can I dye or style your hair extensions?

Absolutely! Our raw and virgin hair extensions can be dyed, heat-styled, and customized. We recommend doing this professionally to ensure satisfactory results. Please note that chemically processing hair can also potentially cause dryness, matting, breaking or shedding to the hair if not applied correctly.

 How long will my extensions last?

With proper care, our hair extensions can last 3 years or longer.

How fast is shipping, and do you ship internationally?

Once your order is placed, it will take 4-7 business days to process. After processing, your order will be shipped, with delivery typically requiring an additional 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
